Whenever we think of the city of Kolkata, the first picture that comes to our mind is food. Here in Kolkata, we encounter a wide range of food from small meals such as "Puchka" to fine Bengali cuisine, one of which is "Shawarma"







Shawarma is a Levantine meat preparation placed on a vertical split and grilled. Its shavings are cut off from the block of meat for serving and it is eaten along with pita bread, tomato, cucumber, and its topping include hummus, pickled turnips, tahini.

The chef Mr. Swapan Rozario is an accomplished and skilled chef when it comes to shawarma, he began his journey to the city of Mumbai, he worked there for 7 years. He then moved to Dubai, where he worked as a senior chef for 14 years. He continued his journey of learning while making a living in Muscat for two more years. After having acquired a lot of experience from all over the world, Mr. Rozario returned to India with the dream of setting up his startup and currently serving the delicious shawarma of Kolkata.


Now the most vexed thought that had run across everyone's mind after knowing the journey of the chef,  Mr. Rozario is:

'is the place expensive?'

The answer is a big NO!

Yes, you read that correctly, accompanied by great taste and a hygienic environment, the place also offers the same at a price that is very reasonable.
